A MINI FOR ME

     So it seems I am always doing a project for someone else, which is awesome, but it has been forever since I have done anything for just plain ole me.....sooooooo I'm making myself a gorgeous shabby chic mini album of my beautiful kiddos to display in my newly decorated shabby chic living room!!!!
    The pics in this album are some of my favs ever!!! they just look so clean in their white shirts and blue jeans, which for any of you who have kids, know it is a very rare occasion to see them clean!!!!!!!
    This mini is part of  a month long, build a mini in a month challenge, I have going on over at my FB page, Bella Creations. It is a work in progress, but will be completed this week....HOPEFULLY!!!!!!!

My latest creation and Pro 31 Designs DT project is a junk journal for a very special lady who has been there for me through the "NO MOJO" days, the "I have so much mojo I don't know where to start" days, and just every day in between. Carrie girl I thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done and cntinue to do!!! HUGS!!!!!

Her journal was created using the gorgeous " French Country" paper collection by DCWV. I used a acrylic spray from Recollections some embellies from K&Co. Then from the Pro 31 Design Etsy store I used the small pink mulberry paper flowers, the pink acrylic flowers, the pink pleated trim,layered with some of the ivory teardrop pearl trim. Throw in a a large silk carnation and a lil Prima and this is what you get..........

I had such an awesome time working on this project.....filling it with tags, ephemera, actetate sheets and die cuts, pockets and journalling tags.......who wouldnt have a ball!!!!! The only bad thing about a perty lil junk journal is YOU NEVER WANT TO USE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi there gals, as things have changed in my scrappy life I have decided to completely start over with my blog and have started a completely new one to share all my scrappy projects with you!!!! As you know I am a member of the awesome Pro 31 Designs Dt and Esmeralda has shared some amazing products with me to create with and so I will be sharing those awesome products and projects with you here!!!!

I have eliminated the stress in my life and have found that once I did that, scrapping became fun again and have really enjoyed the latest projects I have created!!! That's what it is all about right, FUN!!!!!!

So with that being said I hope you will follow along with me, and I promise to keep this blog updated!!! ahahahaha!!!! Im so bad at that, but hey I'll try!!!
